Elite Performance Training

Our Sunday performance training sessions are designed specifically for girls soccer players who want to improve speed, explosiveness, strength, stability, and injury prevention heading into playoffs and summer competition.

This is a focused training block designed to bridge the gap between the end of season and playoffs. We’ll be working on:

  • Foundational strength lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press)

  • Posterior chain development (key for speed, power, and injury prevention)

  • Ankle stability and strength

  • Flexibility and mobility

  • Balance and core strength

  • Short-distance acceleration work (5–10m) on the indoor turf

This program combines:

  • Speed and agility training

  • Strength development

  • Explosive power work

  • Core stability

  • ACL and injury prevention exercises

  • Conditioning for soccer performance

Whether your athlete competes in ECNL, club soccer, school soccer, or recreational leagues, these sessions help female athletes move faster, stay healthier, and build confidence on the field.
