The Valley Christian Track & Field Camp is designed for athletes ages 8–18 who want to improve their speed, technique, and overall performance in a structured, focused yet fun environment.
This camp focuses on sprint development and total athlete performance, making it perfect for beginners and experienced runners alike throughout San Jose, Saratoga, Campbell, and Santa Clara and the greater South Bay.
Athletes will receive hands-on coaching in:
Sprint mechanics (proper form, acceleration, and top-end speed)
Block starts and explosive power development
100m & 200m race modeling (how to execute each phase of the race)
Mobility & flexibility to improve movement and reduce injury risk
Strength & conditioning tailored for speed and power
Nutrition education to support performance, recovery, and growth
Each athlete will also receive personalized feedback, helping them build confidence and make measurable improvements throughout the camp.
